Crispy Kataifi with Milk Pudding

The exquisite harmony of roasted crispy kataifi and silky milk pudding. Light and practical.
Kataifi with milk pudding is one of the most popular practical desserts with both its crispy texture and light milky pudding. It has an elegant presentation and is extremely easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 350g roasted tel kataifi
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons butter
- For pudding: 1 liter milk, 4 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons starch, 1 cup sugar, 1 pack vanilla, 1 pack liquid cream
Instructions:
- Roast the kataifi with butter and sugar in a pan. Add walnuts, remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix pudding ingredients (except cream and vanilla) in a pot and cook until thick.
- Turn off heat, add vanilla and cream, beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.
- Spread half of the roasted kataifi at the bottom of a serving dish. Pour pudding on top.
- Spread the remaining roasted kataifi evenly over the pudding. Rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours and serve.
