Homemade Dubai Chocolate Recipe

Make the most popular dessert of recent times, Dubai chocolate filled with crispy kataifi and pistachio, at home.
Dubai chocolate has recently become one of the most loved recipes on social media. With crispy shredded kataifi, pistachio paste, and delicious chocolate coating, it is very easy to prepare this unique flavor at home.
Ingredients:
- 200g milk or dark chocolate
- 100g raw tel kataifi (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons pistachio paste
- 1 tablespoon tahini
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chopped kataifi until golden brown and crispy. Let it cool.
- Add pistachio paste and tahini to the fried kataifi and mix well.
- Melt half of the chocolate and spread it at the bottom of chocolate molds. Freeze in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Spread the pistachio kataifi filling over the frozen chocolate.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top and smooth it out. Rest in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours and serve.
